Creating custom views
You can update a report's filters, columns, and sort order and then save your changes to create your own custom view of a predefined report. You can also create a custom view of the following pages in the Devices area:
- All Devices
- Missing Devices
- Reported Stolen
Your custom view persists until you revert to the default settings.
Note that if you schedule a page or predefined report, the default view is included in the scheduled email, not the custom view that you created. To schedule the custom view, use the Save as option to save the view as a new report and then schedule that report.
To create a custom view of a page or predefined report:

From any predefined report, or one of the pages listed above, customize it by adjusting the columns and adding and removing filters. You can also change the sort order.

On the action toolbar, click (Save).
All customizations are saved to create a custom view of the page or predefined report. Note that custom views are user-specific; the page or predefined report remains unchanged for all other users.
To revert to the default view of the page or predefined report, click > Reset to default. The filters, columns, and sort order are restored to their original system-default configurations.
If Reset to default is grayed out, the default view is already applied.
