Removing Freeze requests

NOTE  Depending on the version of the Freeze feature applied to your account, the functionality described in this topic may not be available.

If the required permissions are associated with your user role, you can submit a Remove Freeze request to perform the following actions:

  • Unfreeze frozen devices to make the devices usable again
  • Remove newly submitted freeze requests
  • Remove outstanding Conditional - Offline freeze requests
  • Remove freeze requests scheduled to occur in the future

NOTE  If you want to remove an Offline Freeze rule from a device, you need to either move the device to a different policy group, or deactivate or delete the rule in the policy group.
