You can view a report of devices with a base license that is due to expire within the next 30 days. You'll want to renew your base licenses before they expire to ensure that devices do not become unlicensed, resulting in a disruption of service.

To view your expiring licenses, do one of the following:

You can view a report of all unlicensed devices.
Devices are shown on the report if they have an Active agent status and they satisfy one of the following conditions:
- No base license was available when the device was enrolled
- The device's base license has expired, and a purchase order for an equivalent license does not exist
Note that if your license assignment settings include a custom assignment based on device attributes, newly enrolled devices may temporarily show in the console as unlicensed. This occurs because although their agent status is set to Active, only limited device information is available. Once the device connects to the Absolute Monitoring Center and a complete payload of device information is uploaded, a license is automatically assigned to the device.
Devices with an agent status of Inactive or Disabled are not shown on the default view of the Unlicensed devices report, but they are also unlicensed. To view all unlicensed devices, remove the Agent status is Active filter and then add the Agent status column.
