Favoriting reports
If there are reports that you use more often than others, you can favorite these reports for quicker access. You can access your favorited reports by clicking Favorites on the Report's page's sidebar.
In the current release, you can favorite most reports, including shared reports A read-only report that another user has shared with you. Shared reports show in "Shared with me" view of the Reports page.. You can create up to 30 favorites.
NOTE Favorites are user-specific. You can't see favorites added by another user.
To add a report to the Favorites view:
- On the navigation bar, click Reports.

In the page's Search Reports field, enter the name of the report. The report list updates dynamically as you type.
Alternatively, click My Reports to show the list of reports you've created.

To the right of the report name, click ( Add to Favorites), or click > Add to Favorites.
NOTE If the (Add to Favorites) icon is grayed out, the report can't be favorited because it uses an older reporting interface.
Alternatively, you can open the report that you want to favorite and click (Add to Favorites) on the action toolbar.
The icon is updated to a ( Remove from Favorites) icon, and the report shows in Favorites view.
To remove a report from your favorites:
- On the navigation bar, click Reports.
- On the Reports sidebar, click Favorites to open a view of all favorited reports.
- To the right of the report name, click (Remove from Favorites) or click > Remove from Favorites. Alternatively, you can open the report and click (Remove from Favorites) on the action toolbar.
The icon is updated to an (Add to Favorites) icon, and the report is removed from Favorites view.
