Account settings

You can configure the following settings at the account level:

• Actions

  Configure the Actions setting to manage the way scripts in a Run Script request are deployed to your devices. Specifically, you can:

  • Edit the start up folder that Reach scripts are downloaded to when you create a Run Script request.

  • Configure whether the Reach script signature is validated when you create a Run Script request to run a script on your Windows devices.

• Geolocation

  Configure the Geolocation setting to control whether public IP addresses are used to determine your devices' primary location when other geolocation technologies (Wi-Fi, OS Location) are unavailable or invalid.

• AI Assistant

  Configure the AI Assistant setting under AI powered features to control whether authorized users can use AI Assistant to query the Absolute database for information about their devices.

  When this setting is enabled, a icon shows in the bottom right of each console page.
