On the Events page in the History area, you can track and view details about the following events:

Depending on the Absolute product licenses associated with your account, some events may not be applicable.

    This event is logged when a user clicks the icon in the Unfreeze code column/field for a device.

Geolocation and geofence events

Where properties are shown, an event is logged when any of the listed properties change.

  • Device location updated

    This event is logged only when the Geolocation setting is enabled and a Wi-Fi or OS Location is unavailable or invalid. Learn more

  • If a device changes its location by less than 100 meters, no event is logged.
  • For stolen devices, these events are not logged while the theft investigation is open.
  • Geolocation setting updated

Refurbishment The process by which a device is refurbished by an Absolute Authorized Refurbishment Center. This process removes the Secure Endpoint Agent from the device, which unenrolls it from your account and sets its status to Disabled. A Refurbishment event is also logged to the Events page. Note that if a device is reported missing or stolen in the console, the device can't be refurbished. events
