Saving widget data as a report
You can create a report based on a Dashboard widget's data by using the
(Save as report) option. Your new user-defined report shows in the report category that corresponds to the widget's data source, and in the My Reports view of the Reports page.
To save widget data as a report:

In the
Dashboards area, locate the widget you want to use as the basis for the new report. -
Do one of the following, depending on the type of widget you're working with:
If you're working with a legacy widget in Dashboard [Classic]...

Click an element within the widget to open a filtered view of the data.

[Optional] To change the information included in the widget before you save it as a report, adjust the filters at the top of the page to customize the view of the widget's data. Your customizations will be saved to the new report.

On the action toolbar, click
(Save as report).
If you're working with a widget in any other dashboard...

[Optional] To change the information included in the widget before you save it as a report, do the following:

Edit the widget's settings.

Use the quick controls to change the widget's filters.
Your customizations will be saved to the new report.

Save as report.

- Enter a Report Name and Description for the new report.

[Optional] To include additional data in the report, click the field under Columns and select each column you want to add. When you're finished, click outside the list to close it. To remove a column, click its
icon. Note that as you add more columns, the report data becomes more granular, potentially causing additional records (rows) to be added to the report.The Columns field is not available if you're working with a legacy widget in Dashboard [Classic]. - To share this new report with all other users in your account, click the Share with everyone slider to set it to On.

Click . The new report is added to My Reports view of the Reports page. It is also added to the same report category as the parent, or to the Other report category.
After you've created your report, you can work with it by performing the following tasks:
