Event History report

NOTE  Depending on the Absolute product licenses associated with your user role, the Event History report may not be available.

You can use the Event History report to see a history of the devices on which one or more of the following Device Action requests were submitted, depending on the device's operating system:

Operating system

Device Action requests

Windows

All new, pending, and completed:

  • Offline Freeze rules
  • Manage Supervisor Password requests
  • Unenroll Device requests
  • Script requests and Cancel Script requests

Mac

All new, pending, and completed:

Android

Chromebook

By default, the report shows information about all requests that have changed status in the past seven (7) days, but you can update the report's filters to show more or less data.

Each time a request changes status, a new event (record) is added to the report. For example, if an Administrator submitted a Unenroll request yesterday and the request is now being processed on a device, two events show in the report: one dated yesterday with a status of Unenroll Requested and the other with a status of Unenroll Processing. The Identifier and the Event ID for both events are the same.

Supported platforms

The Event History report applies to devices running any supported operating system.

Filters

The following filters are used to generate this report:

Agent Status is Active and

Event Status Date and Time within last 7 Days and

Event Status is not empty

You can also create a customized version of the report by adding filters based on one or more filter criteria. For example, you can filter the report to show only those Unenroll Device requests submitted by a particular user.
