Accessing Insights

To access Insights:

  1. Log in to the Secure Endpoint Console as a user with View or Manage permissions for Insights.
  2. On the navigation bar, click Insights.

The Elastic console opens in a new window. Depending on the configuration of your Absolute account, one of the following dashboards opens:

  • Executive Summary
  • Application Usage

There are three main areas of the console that you can work with:

  • Dashboards: view collections of visualizations that provide insight into a particular area of interest, such as device usage, website usage, or the security status of devices
  • Maps: view the location of devices in a default map or create and customize a new map
  • Visualize library: view, manage, and create visualizations that allow you to analyze the vast amount of data collected by the Secure Endpoint Agent
  • Discover: search and filter data using the data fields available for your account
