AI Assistant

You can use the console's AI Assistant to quickly find device information or get step-by-step guidance for tasks you're most interested in.

AI Assistant uses the power of AI to query the data stored in the Absolute database. Note that your device data is not used to train the AI model, nor is it shared externally or with other Absolute accounts.

In the current release, AI Assistant can respond to questions about all data available in the Dashboard area, such as:

  • Device hardware and software information
  • Device location
  • Applications
  • Application usage
  • Device usage
  • Web usage

Information about Inactive and Disabled devices is not available in AI Assistant.

You can also ask AI Assistant questions about how to perform tasks in the Secure Endpoint Console. When you ask a question about using a feature or completing a task, AI Assistant searches the Help system and provides step-by-step instructions based on the relevant Help topics.

For example, you can ask questions such as:

  • How do I add a widget to my dashboard?

  • How do I create an application policy?

  • Can I delete files on multiple devices at once?

AI Assistant responds with instructions to guide you through the process directly in the console without having to open the Help separately. It also provides links to related Help topics if you want more detailed information.
