Exporting a role's assigned user report
Depending on the needs of your organization, you may need to periodically generate reports showing all users in your account or the users assigned to a particular user role.
In User Management, you can export a list of users and create a report. The report is exported in Comma Separated Value (.csv) file format.
To export a report showing all users in your account:
- Log in to the Secure Endpoint Console as a user with View permissions for Users and Roles.
- Go to the Users area.
- On the quick action toolbar, click
(Export). -
Open and review the downloaded report, which contains the same columns displayed on the Users page.
If you set the Status filter to Suspended or Temporarily suspended, the filter is not applied to the exported report.
To export a report of the users assigned to a role:
- Log in to the Secure Endpoint Console as a user with View permissions for Users and Roles.
- On the navigation bar, click
Settings >
User management > Roles. - From the sidebar, click the role you want to export; for example, Administrator.
- The default Administrator Role page opens. Click Assigned Users to see a list of all users assigned to this role.
- Click Actions > Export User List.
- Open and review the downloaded report.
The following information about each user is included in the exported report:
- Name
- Email Address (Username)
- Status: Active, Suspended, or Temporarily Suspended
- Device Group
- Modified (UTC): date and time the user account was last updated
