Viewing synced device information
This topic only applies to Absolute accounts that are integrated with a ServiceNow instance using the Absolute Connector. Learn more
The Absolute Connector makes additional device information, such as encryption status and geolocation, available in your ServiceNow instance through daily data synchronizations.
To view a device's synced information:

Log in to your ServiceNow instance. Note that all Absolute Connector user roles can perform this task.

Navigate to Absolute Connector > Devices > Absolute Device Statuses. The page shows summary information for each device.

Search for the device you want to view.

Click the link in the Agent status column. For example, click Active. The device's Absolute Device Status page opens.
The following table shows the mapping of each field on the Absolute Device Status page to its corresponding field in the Secure Endpoint Console:

Antivirus name Anti-Malware > Product name The name of the anti-malware application detected on the device Freeze status Device Freeze > Status The status of the Freeze request submitted on the device, if applicable.
To view a device's unfreeze code, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Reveal Unfreeze code.
You must be assigned one of the following roles to view a device's unfreeze code:
- x_absr_abs_connect.absolute_admin
- x_absr_abs_connect.absolute_device_unfreezeIs stolen Reported stolen Indicates whether a theft report has been submitted for the device in the Secure Endpoint Console Last updated Hardware last updated The date and time the device's data was last updated in the Secure Endpoint Console Agent status Agent status The status of the device's Secure Endpoint Agent
Possible values are:
- Active: indicates that the agent has connected to the Monitoring Center

Inactive: indicates one of the following:
- The device was fully activated, then moved to another account
- The device was fully activated, then unenrolled, and is set to be reactivated
- The device had Persistence enabled at the factory but has not yet called in to the Absolute Monitoring Center
- Disabled: indicates that the agent is either flagged for removal, or it is removed from the device
Encryption product name Encryption > Product name The name of the full-disk encryption software detected on the device Encryption version Encryption > Version The version number of the detected full-disk encryption software Encryption status Encryption > Status The summarized encryption status of the device Encryption status description Encryption > Comments The text string provided by the encryption vendor that provides more information about the encryption status of the device's system drive City, State, Country City, State, Country The last reported location of the device Coordinates Location > Latitude and Location > Longitude The last reported latitude and longitude of the device
