Device action fields
Additional sections show on a device's Details > Summary page if the device has an outstanding Freeze request, Offline Freeze rule, or Manage Supervisor Password request.

The following fields show in both the Device Freeze Status section and the Archived Freeze Status section:

With each successful agent check-in the timer resets. If a device does not check in before the timer expires, the device is frozen. Devices that are frozen at the firmware level can't connect to the Internet, so they can't contact the Absolute Monitoring Center to confirm their Freeze status. |

To view additional details about the device's outstanding Freeze requests, click View Report to open the Device Freeze Status report, which is filtered for the device.
